After the opening of gifts, I immediately hit the kitchen to get breakfast going. The Hawkins were joining us for a Christmas brunch. Tirza made some yummy pumpkin Belgium waffles with a special syrup, and we made crepes with all the yummy fillings along with sausage and bacon. It was the best Christmas breakfast I've ever had. We stuffed ourselves and visited for a bit. Then we went back and forth between houses checking out and playing with all the new gifts throughout the day. Later that night we ate left overs from the night before and went to the movies to see Narnia. Besides the clutter of all the new gifts filling each room stressing me out, it was a such a nice relaxing day with friends and family.
